  I have been a loyal customer since this EOC opened; I believe it’s going on 4 or 5 years now. I own 4 vehicles, an RV and a trailer and each one have received service from EOC. I have received oil changes and other routine services as well as major mechanical repairs from brakes, to AC replacements to correctly diagnosing a bad engine that the dealer ended up replacing under warranty (begrudgingly I might add). As far as the poor reviews, the law of numbers suggests that you can’t please everyone… every time…on every issue; especially dealing with a diverse personalities found with the general public. The one time I did have an issue with a mechanical repair…the brake pads were faulty and ruined my rotors after about a month…I brought back my car and they made it right…at no charge gave me the premium ceramic pads and resurfaced my rotors at no charge. Bill, the owner, runs a professional establishment and Luis the chief mechanic has always provided great service. The other guys who work the oil service side have been with Bill for over 4 years; very little employee turnaround. For me, that kind of employee loyalty says something about the owner, the business and the service they provide. I have recommend EOC to my friends and they have recommended EOC to their friends…and I would recommend this EOC to you.

  Personally have visited this location almost half a dozen times, the one time I didn't go here for an oil change I was incredibly disappointed. Whenever I visit EOC I've been in and out in under 15 minutes. Note to self, when you find a oil / repair shop you like, stick with it. I will say their prices might be $5.00 - 10.00 over competition, but honestly the convenience & no waits make it worth every penny.
